(1) Due to the existence of atmospheric pollution, the oil vapor in the air is simply adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and it is difficult to desorb, filling the micropores and making the molecular sieve ineffective. Therefore, when the medical high-purity nitrogen generator equipment is matched, the front end of the air compressor inlet is equipped with an oil-water separator and a fine filter at the front end. In this way, the compressed air is degreasing and freeze-drying and dewatering, which will effectively improve the adsorption capacity and stability of molecular sieves.

(2) Carbon molecular sieve: It is the center and key of PSA nitrogen generator. Nitrogen production technology requires carbon molecular sieves with good strength, high nitrogen yield, and high nitrogen purity and recovery rate. The advantages of uniform particle size, high hardness, long service life and high nitrogen output value should be selected. After several years of use, only the carbon molecular sieve can be used continuously.
(3) The description of the nitrogen generator is also very elegant. If the structure is not properly described, the molecular sieve will beat and rub against each other due to the impact of high-speed airflow, resulting in pulverization failure. An airflow divider should be set at the bottom of the adsorption tower, and a compression device should be set at the top to effectively prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon.
