Product Description
G series gas-liquid booster pump
The G series gas-liquid booster pump adopts single gas-controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to realize the automatic reciprocating movement of the pump. The gas drive part of the pump body is all made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy parts are oxidized to black after processing to ensure the beautiful appearance of the product.
The liquid part is made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to the different medium, and the complete set of seals of the pump are imported high quality products, thus ensuring the performance of the pump. The diameter of this series drive piston is 160mm.
The maximum driving pressure is 10bar. In order to ensure the service life of the pump, it is recommended to use air pressure ≤8bar.

* Boost ratio is driven piston area/hydraulic plunger area
* outlet pressure is the static outlet pressure when the air driving pressure is 8bar(116psi) (estimated value and maximum allowable value)
* flow rate is the approximate flow rate of the liquid pump when the air drive pressure is 6bar(87psi) and the outlet pressure is 0
* the minimum drive pressure required for the hydraulic pump operation is 3bar(43.5psi), and the output pressure can be reached according to the specific pressure ratio
