Industrial gas pump is mainly used for air separation products: liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide filling, gas supply system. The unit is mainly single row, double row, three row reciprocating pump, specific parameters are shown in the table of parameters.
The flow rate is 30-5000 L/h, the maximum outlet pressure is 35.0mpa. The motor can be equipped with electromagnetic speed regulating motor, fixed speed motor, frequency conversion speed regulating motor, explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof variable frequency motor according to actual needs.
Installation and Operation Attention:
1. The pump inlet position to the storage tank is as closer as better
2. From the pump to the storage tank, the inlet pipe and the return pipe are kept upward inclined to facilitate the gas in the pipeline flow back into the storage tank. The reverse "U" bend is prohibited in the inlet pipe and the "U" bend is prohibited in the return pipe.
3. Select ball valves or gate valves for liquid inlet pipe and gas return pipe, don't select globe valves, reduce pipe elbow, and reduce pipe resistance
4. Implement heat preservation in the liquid inlet and gas return pipes
5. For the safety and operation convenience of the unit or affiliated pipeline, it is recommended to configure the liquid/air outlet pressure interlock device for automatic control
6. After the reciprocating pump runs for 600 hours, the motor direction should be changed to reverse the transmission box to improve its service life
